UK standard delivery: 3–5 working days, £3.99 (free over £40) UK express delivery: 1–2 working days, £6.99 International: 7–14 working days, calculated at checkout We can't be held responsible for delays once a parcel is with the courier, but if something looks stuck, get in touch and we'll chase it up with them on your behalf. RETURNS & EXCHANGES Not right for you? You've got 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know, and 14 more days to send it back to us. Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, with tags still attached. To start a return, email us at hello@strangeweathergoods.co.uk with your order number and what you'd like to return — we'll send you a returns address and instructions. Return postage is on you, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it's on us. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number, and we'll sort a replacement or full refund — no need to send it back first in most cases.
